Easy Returns

At Sugarbush Pet, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange within 15 days of purchase.

Return Eligibility

  • Unopened Products:

    • Items returned in original packaging are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.

  • Opened Products:

    • Returns without original packaging may still be accepted for exchange or store credit.

  • On Sale Items:

    • We cannot accept returns on sale items unless the item is faulty.

  • Hygiene Note:

    • For the health of all pets, items must be unused, free of pet hair, odors, and dirt.

Please Keep in mind

  • To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Wrong Product?

  • If you have received an incorrect or a faulty item, please email us along with your order number, description of what you have incorrectly received along with photos.
